 * Design and management of Microsoft Windows Active Directory topologies

 * Role-Based security design and group policy management
\n

 * In-depth knowledge of M365 and Microsoft SQL
\n

 * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Intune
\n

 * In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere 7.0 and above including design, implement and manage
\n

 * In-depth knowledge of Physical/Hyper Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix, EMC, Dell, HP,
\n

 * etc.)Backup Infrastructure Design and Management
\n, * Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.)Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
\n

 * Switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge)
\n

 * Former Managed Services experience
\n

 * Knowledge of Apple OS and Devices a plus
\n

 * Knowledge of Managed Services ticketing systems, change controls, Agile framework
\n

## Description

The Sr Infrastructure Engineer works under the direction of the Infrastructure Manager and will support our internal operations and customers. This position is responsible for exceeding established SLAs, providing world class customer service and technical support, and managing service requests through our ticketing system. Accountability and proactive communication as it relate to all position responsibilities
