## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
 * Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
 * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
 * Ability to build trust and motivate teams toward shared goals
 * Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Soccer Shots - Knoxville is looking for a dynamic and driven Scrum Master to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN! In this role, you'll champion agile practices, empower cross-functional teams, and help deliver meaningful results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. If you're passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, this is the opportunity for you!, * Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

 * Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
 * Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team velocity and productivity
 * Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and key performance indicators
 * Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
 * Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
 * Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication
