## Description

* Direct vendor engineering teams providing ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for enterprise child support platforms.
 * Manage application change management workflows, prioritizing software modifications across the complete SDLC.
 * Oversee system defect triage, code fix verification, and software release schedules in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
 * Maintain master project schedules, tracking deliverables, milestones, and technical dependencies in MS Project.
 * Build executive dashboard reports, metrics visualizations, and progress summaries using Power BI and SharePoint.
 * Lead technical compliance preparations and audit activities for IRS Pub 1075 security standards.
 * Facilitate vendor-to-internal team knowledge transfer plans to support long-term system operational readiness.
