## Description

Experteer Overview In this Principal Engineer role, you own the architecture and evolution of the real-time audio and video infrastructure for Baxter's Connected Care products. You lead scalable, high-performance communication platforms that enable clinicians, patients, and caregivers to connect seamlessly. You will shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable SIP-based communication at scale. This position offers impact on healthcare delivery through advanced telecom and media technologies within a mission-driven culture.
