## About the Role

* 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or related experience preferred.
 * Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
 * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
 * High attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Ability to learn products, systems, and processes quickly.
 * ERP, CRM, WooCommerce, manufacturing, or similar business software experience is a plus.

## Description

* Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
 * Respond to customer questions and provide proactive order and shipping updates.
 * Learn our product lines and help customers identify the right products and solutions.
 * Enter and manage orders, pricing, account information, backorders, RMAs, and related documentation.
 * Support outside sales with quotes, follow-up, and account coordination.
 * Work with Sales, Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, and Marketing to resolve customer needs.
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the customer experience.
 * Maintain accurate information within CRM and ERP systems.
