The Supervisor, Center Administration works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach. You will report to the Associate Operations Director., As the Supervisor, Center Administration, you will develop and lead the implementation of staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility. You will work closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. In this role, you will make decisions related to scheduling, planning, and daily operations, as well as handle escalated or more complex issues. You will supervise a team of support and technical associates, providing day-to-day coordination and oversight.
