Experience: * 10 years' experience in leadership in Information Technology. * Ability to lead an internal team and manage an external team developing Appian projects * Ability to work with necessary internal team to determine ROI for new projects * 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of Appian BPM applications. Work experience must be with latest Appian version 22.X or higher. * 5+ years' experience as lead developer in Appian platform * Experience in applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles. * Experience in building custom plugins using Appian Custom plugin framework. * Preference for direct experience with industry architectures/technologies including J2EE, SQL, ESBs, Web APIs, and related technologies. * Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus * Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
