Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a related technical field. * Prior experience in a startup or like environment where CM processes were being stood up or incrementally scaled. * Experience with PTC Windchill and CREO as part of integrated design and CM workflows. * Knowledge of MIL-STD documentation standards and defense acquisition lifecycle processes, specifically MIL-HDBK-61 Configuration Management and IEEE/ISO 15288 Systems and software engineering - System life cycle processes. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management (CM) Manager to own and lead the Red 6 CM organization and its technical management processes. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing CM processes that ensure product integrity, traceability, and baseline control throughout the full product lifecycle.
