Your Team The Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) User Operations role is responsible for owning and driving Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance, controls, and operational outcomes across enterprise platforms. This position partners with security, technology, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM processes are secure, compliant, and scalable. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, risk awareness, and the ability to influence IAM control maturity across platforms such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. As a member of Central Security Services (CSS), you will play a critical role in protecting enterprise resources, strengthening access governance, and advancing security controls across a global organization. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern IAM technologies, drive automation and process improvements, and partner with leaders across Security, Risk, Audit, and Technology to deliver secure and efficient access management solutions. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. This position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring weekly basis at least 3 days per week. This role will require intermittent work outside of standard business hours to support operational needs.
