This role is primarily office-based or home office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting, computer use, occasional walking or light lifting, and may involve brief visits to manufacturing areas; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed. ## Description The IT Product Manager - Customer Service & Marketing is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for MCC Label's Salesforce platform supporting Customer Service and Marketing capabilities. This role partners closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and enhance customer experience. This position owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through execution and continuous improvement.
