Frontend & Design Taste + Proficiency with React and modern frontend tooling. + Experience using shadcn/ui or similar design systems to create clean, enterprise-ready UIs. + Strong UX instincts-able to simplify complex workflows and present AI behavior transparently and confidently. Problem Solving & Communication + Exceptional ability to move from ambiguity to clarity quickly. + Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a grounded, value-driven, and honest way.
