This will include, but is not limited to the maintenance, testing and auditing of system configuration changes, as well as troubleshooting and helping to manage updates to various integrations between GlobalView and external benefit vendors., HRIS Project & Process Management * Collaborate with HR, SIG/payroll, and external business colleagues and suggest areas for improvement. * Gather and document business requirements. * Perform testing activities; document test scenarios, create test scripts for configuration and process changes. * Perform data validation activities. * Resolve issues and defects. * Provide assistance and support on HRIS projects as they relate to organizing and tracking the rollout and completion of various initiatives. HRIS System Maintenance & Controls * Help manage organizational and title structure in Workday and GloblalView (i.e. departments, job profiles, supervisory organizations, custom organizations, cost centers, etc.). * Perform mass data loads in Workday (EIBs) * Develop and document internal HRIS SOPs. * Support internal/external integrations with ADP GlobalView, including design, testing and troubleshooting. * Conduct audits to ensure data integrity (i.e. supervisory orgs, cost centers, etc.) The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.
