The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and IT systems., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience. * Experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing business applications, software platforms, or enterprise systems. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus. * Experience analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. * Familiarity with relational databases, data structures, and application support methodologies. * Experience with Quickbase or similar low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial but not required. * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work successfully across diverse teams and stakeholder groups. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering high-quality customer-focused solutions. * Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to contribute to both individual and team success. ## Description Product Requirements Analysis * Partner with product owners, product managers, stakeholders, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements. * Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable system designs. * Conduct feasibility assessments and impact analyses to evaluate potential solutions and recommendations. * Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment throughout the development process. System Design and Development * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using Quickbase, SQL, and other relevant technologies. * Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and data models. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. * Support continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes. Product Lifecycle Management * Support products and applications throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept and implementation through ongoing enhancements and optimization. * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while identifying opportunities to prevent future occurrences. * Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on business needs and user feedback. * Provide support and knowledge sharing to team members and end users to promote operational excellence.
