 * Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, interviews, and training sessions
 * Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
 * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during testing, deployment, and release activities

## Description

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams on a mission-critical IAM program: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track metrics, coordinate cross-team activities, support UAT/deployments, mentor teammates, and promote Agile best practices to ensure successful delivery., CTG is seeking a Scrum Master to support a mission-critical identity and access management program serving U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This program serves as the identity backbone of USCIS, managing how every employee, contractor, and partner agency logs in, what they can access, and how those credentials are managed and protected.
You Will Get To

 * Serve as Scrum Master for Agile software development teams operating in two-week sprint cycles
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
 * Partner with product owners, business analysts, engineers, QA, DevOps, and program leadership to support successful delivery outcomes
 * Analyze user and stakeholder needs to help identify functional and non-functional requirements
 * Coordinate activities across multiple delivery teams and shared program resources
 * Track sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
 * Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus, productivity, and momentum
 * Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production deployment activities
 * Identify, communicate, and help mitigate project risks and delivery challenges
 * Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, and working sessions
 * Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative Agile culture
 * Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the program
