## About the Role

* 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
 * Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release management.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * One or more Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master).

Preferred:

 * Business Analysis experience.
 * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Process mapping or requirements elicitation experience.
 * PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, or CBAP certification is a plus.

## Description

Contract to Perm opening for a Scrum Master to join an Agile software development team supporting enterprise technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement across the SDLC.

What You'll Do:

 * Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
 * Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint goals.
 * Coach Agile best practices and promote team collaboration.
 * Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
 * Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
 * Assist with business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and user story refinement, when needed.
