## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Kotlin
 * Expertise in building RESTful APIs and backend services
 * Strong understanding of JSON, web services, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
 * Experience with distributed systems and multi-tier applications
 * Knowledge of Agentic AI
 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle/DB2 and Cassandra/Couchbase
 * Knowledge of automated testing using Selenium, REST Assured, and Cucumber
 * Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, and Git
 * Understanding of code quality standards and Git branching concepts
 * Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA or Rally
 * Cloud exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
 * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
 * Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot production issues.
 * Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage services in cloud environments.
 * Collaborate with frontend teams to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration.
