Required Education and Experience + Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience + Experience providing end-user support, desktop support, or IT operations experience + Experience supporting Windows-based business environment Preferred Education and Experience + 2+ years of end-user support, desktop support, or IT operations experience + Experience supporting multiple offices or field locations + Experience partnering with a managed service provider or external technology vendor + Experience with device deployment, inventory management, or technology purchasing + Technology certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA) + Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID Drug Screening and Background Investigation Required ## Description The IT Specialist provides hands-on technical support and assists with daily technology operations across Bryan Construction. The role focuses on supporting employees with common technology issues, preparing and deploying company devices, coordinating routine vendor interactions, maintaining accurate technology inventories, and ensuring a consistent and reliable user experience. This position reports to the IT Director and supports the day-to-day execution of Bryan Construction's technology program. The role works directly with employees, MSP, and other technology partners to coordinate service requests, prepare and maintain company devices, assist with technology procurement, and provide onsite support across Bryan Construction locations.
