With 5+ years of hands-on NOC/network engineering experience, you'll operate as a senior escalation point - driving incident response, root cause analysis, and process improvement across a complex, high-availability network supporting enterprise and hyperscale customers. This role sits at Level 3+ within the NOC hierarchy: you'll mentor junior engineers, own the toughest tickets, and be a key technical liaison between our facility, customers, and vendors.
