About the job Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety. ## Description As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. Advocating an AI-first mindset, you will design innovative workflows and robust protections that help developers thrive across distribution channels. You will also be at the forefront of driving critical ecosystem programs such as developer verification and standards for registered app stores ensuring a secure, trustworthy, and thriving environment for developers wherever they choose to publish. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking.
