 * Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to operate independently within complex environments
 * Experience making risk-based security decisions, * CISSP, GIAC, Security+, or similar certifications
 * Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience
 * Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, investments, or divestitures
 * Security risk assessment experience
 * Broad exposure across multiple cybersecurity disciplines
 * Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

## Description

* Assess cybersecurity controls and security posture of organizations involved in acquisitions, investments, and divestitures
 * Evaluate security tooling, configurations, and controls against enterprise standards
 * Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation opportunities
 * Support integration and separation planning for technology environments
 * Investigate and validate security implementations across multiple cybersecurity domains
 * Partner with security engineering teams to enhance and remediate security controls
 * Conduct risk assessments and prioritize remediation efforts based on business impact
 * Provide cybersecurity expertise supporting strategic corporate transactions
