## Description

Insight Global is searching for a Secret IT Specialist Mid to support one of our federal clients in Philadelphia. Responsibilities will include:

 * Support software development projects by assisting with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.
 * Design and implement IT solutions using software development life cycle methodologies.
 * Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and define project scope, plans, and deliverables.
 * Collect and organize user and IT requirements; ensure solutions meet expectations.
 * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
 * Monitor project performance using metrics and maintain system documentation.
 * Ensure security, integrity, and business continuity controls.
 * Analyze and resolve technical issues using appropriate tools.
 * Stay current on emerging technologies and participate in special studies.
