## About the Role

* 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional expertise.
 * Experience working with CDW / VISTA / Oracle Health data
 * Expertise in CDW Metadata, data modeling, and CDW query optimization
 * Ability to identify architectural migration patterns and resolve dependencies
 * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide range of VA stakeholders
 * Effective written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

 * Experience with virtual and/or cloud-based servers
 * Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills.
 * Experience working in an Agile environment.

## Description

* Lead the design and evelolution of Summits enterprise data architecture, defining scalable patterns for data ingestion, integration, storage, transformation, and governance across complex VA environments
 * Provide deep technical leadership across Azure cloud and data services, including Azure data factory, azure databricks, azure SQL, and ADLS supporting enterprise-scale data workloads.
 * Develop and enforce reference architecture, data models, and architecture decisions.
 * Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, Cloud provisioning, and security teams.
