What would be nice to have? * 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI-assisted design-to-code workflows, including structured design APIs, MCP, or similar approaches. * 1+ year of experience deploying and maintaining Storybook at enterprise scale with accessibility and visual regression testing integration. * 1+ year of experience in financial services or another regulated industry supporting compliance-driven workflows. ## Description A successful Enterprise Design System Lead defines the strategy, governance, and evolution of a single enterprise design system that unifies fragmented systems into one governed platform. This role ensures the design system is machine-readable, accessible, and aligned with enterprise standards so teams and AI agents can generate consistent UI at scale. The role also partners across design, engineering, product, accessibility, and AI platform teams to drive adoption, quality, and measurable business impact.
