## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 15 years of experience in software development, with 10 years in a technical leadership role.
 * Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers.
 * Experience in one or more of the following areas: AI/ML, platform development, distributed systems, cybersecurity., * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
 * Experience building and scaling AI platforms, infrastructure, and end-to-end security solutions.
 * Experience building and leading large-scale, distributed engineering teams and setting long-term technical vision.
 * Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, from engineers to senior executives.
 * Excellent communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional technical strategy.
 * Deep expertise in AI/ML, specifically with large language models and generative AI applications.

## Description

* Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed engineering team, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
 * Define and execute the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for the AI Platform and Enablement team and advise GUSTO leadership on strategic AI investments and trends.
 * Drive the design, development, and scaling of a common AI platform to accelerate the delivery of AI-powered security features.
 * Foster a culture of innovation and enablement, empowering GUSTO teams to build high-quality AI features through robust frameworks.
 * Lead the development of flagship, end-to-end AI-driven security solutions from research to production and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful customer value.
