## About the Role

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.  * Experience with Mazak machining equipment (operation, programming, or troubleshooting).

 * Experience developing and deploying manufacturing process documentation.
 * Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced production environment.

## Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will provide direct support to Patriot Missile Radome production operations, ensuring process stability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement in a high-reliability aerospace and defense environment. This role requires hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, grinding operations, and machining equipment, with a strong focus on driving process improvements, resolving production issues, and supporting daily factory operations.
