Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates., * Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Engineering or Science disciplines such as Software Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering OR Master's degree or higher. * Experience with software coding (i.e. Python, C#/.NET, HTML, JavaScript etc.) with an emphasis in ML/AI. * Experience with statistical analysis and analytical methods. * Experience in application of domain knowledge to curate analysis-ready datasets. * 1+ years of experience in an advanced manufacturing environment (semiconductor device fabrication, packaging, or assembly, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, etc.) * At least two (2) of the following: * Working knowledge of source control tools (Git) * SQL proficiency (intermediate or better) * 2+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing automation systems, * US Citizenship * Active or Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph. * Experience with high degree of customer service mindset and experience working with external and internal partners. * Experience in technical documentation, training, and project management. ## Description Role Overview: As a Yield System Development Engineer, with a software emphasis, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining metrology systems for development and manufacturing.
