## Description

Looking for an experienced Engineering Manager/Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Java/Scala application development and team leadership. The role involves leading backend engineering teams, driving product development, managing application enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment., * Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 backend engineers.

 * Drive application development and enhancements using Java, Scala, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
 * Manage CI/CD pipelines and support release activities.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, SMEs, and business stakeholders to deliver product features.
 * Support cloud-based application development and operations.
