You'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and a software development team, investigating system behavior, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions, and improving the platform's reliability and quality. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, business partners, and other analysts to ensure enhancements, support requests, and system improvements are clearly defined and successfully delivered, while helping the team modernize technology, improve operational excellence, and responsibly expand the use of AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate enjoys working across teams, building strong partnerships, and finding sustainable solutions to recurring challenges, with the opportunity to influence future processes and drive innovation within a highly visible business area. Travel is occasional, approximately 1-10%, primarily for collaboration with global teams.
