This role is a client-facing employee lifecycle and procurement function focused on creating a smooth technology experience while improving efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction as we scale. This person will be based onsite at Saltbox (West Midtown - Atlanta) five days a week and will serve as the operational hub between clients, internal teams, devices, inventory, and shipping/receiving. Requirements * Coordinate employee lifecycle resources and tasks across onboarding, role changes, and off-boarding * Manage inventory and inventory levels at Saltbox, keeping hardware accurate, organized, and ready to deploy * Own shipping and receiving, including inbound equipment, outbound new hire shipments, returns, and internal transfers * Chat with clients during new onboarding engagements to setup the Employee Lifecycle program * Maintain ongoing client communication related to large initiatives, hiring ramps, refreshes, office moves, and other operational changes * Partner with internal teams to ensure the right equipment, timing, documentation, and communication are in place for every lifecycle event * Support hardware disposition and related operational documentation, including Certificates of Destruction where needed. * Look for ways to improve workflows, reduce errors, and build more scalable lifecycle and procurement operations.
