This role will be instrumental in building observability systems that can quickly detect network connectivity issues from satellite to terrestrial services to improve Amazon Leo's global network connectivity. This role will also pioneering agentic AI for satellite network diagnostics to report, troubleshoot and mitigate issues across our satellite and E2E network stack and mission operations use cases. Export Control Requirement: This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government.
