Candidates should be able to design, develop, and maintain solutions using these tools. * Extensive experience implementing and managing in Microsoft for processes and modules including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Power Platform tools and associated applications with security and access management * Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems * Exceptional customer service skills * Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues Preferred Qualifications * PowerShell experience * Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. * Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices ## Description This manager role is responsible for leading the M365 Power Platform team supporting Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other related M365 applications and environments.
