Candidates should be self-starters who possess excellent analytical skills, superior written, research, and oral communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex financial models used for investment underwriting, valuation, financing, and asset management decisions. Critical industry skills include knowledge of the infrastructure sectors, project finance expertise, and overall investment acumen.
