This role requires a strong understanding of the below: * + Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management. Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure and Okta. * Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent time management skills. * Ability to manage client relationships: strong communication and presentation skills * Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build ## Description As an Implementation Specialist, IT you will partner with our largest customers (US and Global). You will be working with our customers' IT departments to understand their requirements and guide/train them to adopt our Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions. You will manage an evolving book of business and be the internal go-to for all things related to Rippling's IT solution. The IT implementation team at Rippling is growing, along with our focus on our IT solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only work with our largest customers but also work cross-functionally to improve our product, adoption, and customer experience for IT.
