Company vehicle will be provided., * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project manager work experience * Must have minimum five (5) years of experience in Construction Project Management in the Telecommunications field * Team player who displays leadership and diplomacy * Excellent computer skills with a working proficiency in Word, Excel and Database applications * Excellent Time Management, ability to prioritize, manage and complete a heavy workload with the capability to work independently and with multiple cross functional team members * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a deadline-driven, time sensitive work environment * Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs * Ability to adapt to changing business requirements with minimal advance notice * Ability to travel to potential and current job sites as required * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear, concise & professional manner * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Telecommunications Project Management: 5 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) ## Description Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects from design to coordination of scheduling of various construction phases and the monitoring of permits and the daily oversight of subcontractors. Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders, ensuring work is within project scope. Manage all start and end times for scheduled projects. Oversee the construction schedule, budget and insure project is completed within deadline and budget. This position also requires the maintaining of accurate records, being organized and being able to plan and prioritize the workload consistently.
