Typical travel schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off. * Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship. * Employees must follow all information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report any suspected security incidents to support our information security controls. ## Description The Integration Engineering Specialist is responsible for supporting automation projects and will be capable of component selection, mechanical commissioning and mechanical/device troubleshooting, HMI development, PLC programming and debugging, Software debugging, onsite system checkout and startup, and validation of System Throughput and Efficiencies. As experience grows, the Integration Engineer may be relied on to help tie reports and code standards into engineering design standards, assist with harmonizing the various teams, and perform other duties under the guidance of the execution team. Job Functions: * Assists in the commissioning and testing projects with direction from the primary commissioning engineer * Lead commissioning and testing projects with oversight from other experienced commissioning engineers/leads * Assist in creating/executing FRT with oversight and guidance from experienced team members * Progressively developing commissioning skillset * Close Coordination with Project Manager * Develop and Maintain commissioning check out list, and operational test plan specific to each project * Installing, starting-up and troubleshooting equipment that is generally not manufactured by Toyota Automated Logistics, but whose quality and operation reflects on Toyota Automated Logistics and affects the success of the project * Closely monitor the climate of personalities on the project.
