We are a customer oriented MSP and we are looking to hire an A+ individual with Nordstroms' level customer service and a true drive to help local businesses with everyday computer issues. Professional, personable, motivated, reliable and detail-oriented traits are a must. Of course, we are looking for a long-term team member. We promise to create a positive, fun, and rewarding work environment for you., * Be located in San Diego county.

 * Have a minimum of 2 years of IT helpdesk experience.
 * Strong understanding of IPv4 networking and MS365 administration.
 * Even-tempered and always willing to help beyond a job description, doing whatever it takes to succeed without complaining.
 * Trustworthy, reliable, detail oriented, and self-sufficient.
 * Outstanding listener, pays attention to details and takes notes when meeting others.
 * A GREAT "people person" and you genuinely care about the security and reliability of client systems.
 * You must have: a reliable car/drivers license/insurance, a quiet workspace and a fast Internet connection., License/Certification:
