Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn quickly, follow established standards, and apply new information effectively. * Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication style with a strong commitment to service. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and varied assignments., * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, help desk support, or a similar IT support role preferred. ## Description The Network and Computer Systems Administrator, Level 1, provides frontline technical support and assists with the administration, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of end-user computing systems, Microsoft 365 services, hardware, software, and related IT assets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the duties listed below.
