Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. ## Description The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce-side integration components. This role focuses on extending Salesforce capabilities beyond declarative configuration, supporting integrations, and stabilizing custom logic delivered by implementation partners. In addition to hands-on development responsibilities, this role provides technical leadership and direct supervision of the Salesforce Administrator, coordinating declarative configuration and custom development efforts to ensure alignment with overall architecture standards and best practices. The Salesforce Developer must also be prepared to assume Salesforce Administrator responsibilities during the Administrator's scheduled or unscheduled absences (including military reserve training, extended leave, or other planned coverage periods) to ensure continuity of platform operations, user support, and business-critical processes. The position reports to the Director of Data Management and works in close partnership with Salesforce Administrators, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and business stakeholders.
