 * Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs
 * Build and manage web applications for a variety of devices
 * Participate in product discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects to make them happen, including selecting and implementing technical architecture
 * Document all programming tasks and procedures
 * Perform routine software maintenance
