 * SQL Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL for data querying, joining, and preparation across disparate datasets.
 * BI & Visualization: Hands-on experience with tools like Sigma, AWS Quick Suite, Tableau, or Looker (Sigma is a major plus).
 * Data Integration: Ability to integrate and map data across Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and internal platform pipelines.
 * Applied Analytics: Familiarity with statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling to surface forward-looking insights.
 * Communication: Ability to translate complex datasets into clear data stories for non-technical leadership and customer-facing stakeholders., * Experience: 2-4 years in business intelligence, data analytics, product analytics, or applied data science.
