* Unreal Engine Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprints.
 * Portfolio / Experience: Demonstrated track record of game programming projects, showcasing clean code architecture and successful feature implementation.
 * Multiplayer Fundamentals: Understanding of Unreal Engine's networking framework, RPCs, and state synchronization.
 * Problem Solver: Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

## Description

We are seeking a talented Gameplay / Multiplayer Programmer to help build and refine the core technical foundation of Maximum Velocity. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to implement scalable gameplay mechanics, robust multiplayer architecture, and internal workflow tools., * Core Systems & Architecture: Develop and maintain modular gameplay systems, core game loops, and scalable foundations in C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprints.

 * Multiplayer & Networking: Implement and optimize network replication and multiplayer gameplay systems tailored for high-speed racing mechanics.
 * Design Collaboration: Partner directly with the design team to bring gameplay features from concept to production, ensuring seamless integration and iteration.
 * Pipeline & Tooling: Build and refine internal technical pipelines and tools to streamline content integration and speed up development.
