This is a hands on position responsible for supporting end user computing environments, deploying new hardware, troubleshooting business applications, and serving as an onsite technical resource during client projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with clients, and can confidently manage a variety of desktop, server, and Microsoft 365 support tasks. You'll work closely with our infrastructure engineering team, providing both remote support and onsite assistance while helping ensure our clients receive an outstanding support experience. This position offers a clear path for career growth into senior engineering and technical leadership roles.
