This role will play a large part in leading the customer training efforts and will contribute to the development of best practices and active participation in presales activities., Solution Design & Architecture: * Develop and design end-to-end financial and supply chain management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. * Design scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions that integrate with existing systems. * Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implementation & Deployment * Lead the implementation of F&SCM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. * Ensure smooth deployment of solutions by coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and addressing technical challenges. Technology Integrations: * Oversee the integration of financial and supply chain management systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM). * Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. Project Management: * Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Collaboration: * Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements. * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate solution designs and implementation plans. * Embody Western Computers Gold Standard of Customer Experience expectations when interacting with stakeholders.
