## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have two to four years of professional full stack development experience and a strong understanding of application testing, web security, database development, and the complete software development lifecycle. Our development process uses AI-assisted development tools, including Claude, so the successful candidate must be able to review, test, troubleshoot, and validate AI-generated code before it is deployed into production., * · Two to four years of professional full stack software development experience

· Professional experience with C# and the .NET framework

· Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

· Experience with MySQL or another relational database platform

· Understanding of object-oriented programming and full stack application architecture

· Experience developing or consuming APIs and system integrations

· Experience testing, debugging, and troubleshooting web applications

· Understanding of secure software development principles and common web application vulnerabilities

· Ability to review and validate code created through AI-assisted development tools

· Experience using source control systems such as Git

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

· Experience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, or similar Microsoft web development frameworks

· Experience developing applications for manufacturing, production, quality, warehousing, repair, or supply-chain operations

· Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems or enterprise resource planning systems

· Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party software integrations

· Knowledge of software testing methodologies and automated testing tools

· Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and web application security testing

· Experience with application deployment, change control, and production support

· Experience using Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted software development tools

· Project management experience, including coordinating requirements, priorities, timelines, testing, and system implementations

· Professional working proficiency in Spanish to support collaboration with cross-functional teams and affiliated companies in Mexico

· Familiarity with responsive web design and user interface accessibility

· Understanding of manufacturing concepts such as traceability, defect tracking, standard work, process control, and continuous improvement

## Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our development team and contribute to building, testing, securing, and maintaining internal manufacturing applications. This onsite position will support production-focused systems used to improve manufacturing operations, quality, traceability, data visibility, and process efficiency., * · Develop and enhance internal manufacturing web applications using C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

· Design and maintain backend application logic, user interfaces, databases, and system integrations

· Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement new functionality

· Review, test, troubleshoot, and improve code created by developers and AI-assisted development tools

· Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing

· Identify and correct application defects, data issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance problems

· Apply secure development practices to authentication, authorization, data handling, database access, and application design

· Develop and maintain MySQL databases, queries, tables, and data-driven application features

· Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems, production applications, equipment, and third-party platforms

· Monitor and support applications used in active manufacturing operations

· Maintain technical documentation, testing records, deployment instructions, and change histories

· Assist users with application support, troubleshooting, and training

· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by reducing manual processes and improving system reliability
