You'll be the second full-time engineer on the platform, working directly alongside our current gMS developer - which means real ownership from day one and a short path from idea to production. The work spans the whole stack: designing and shipping new customer-facing features, improving the user interface our customers live in every day, building Python backend services for data analysis and system integration, and developing internal web applications end to end. gMS is built on ThingsBoard, so a meaningful part of the job is working effectively within - and sometimes around - the constraints of a third-party platform. This is a role for someone with a pragmatic, ship-it mindset. We're a small team, not a large engineering org: you'll own features from design through deployment, make real architectural calls, and see your work running on hardware deployed in the field.
