This position is responsible for building and supporting scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support agency operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Working across program, data, and IT functions, this role develops software solutions, supports system integration, and contributes to the agency's overall data architecture. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement systems that align with business needs. Responsibilities: System Design and Development * Design, develop, and maintain data systems, databases, and applications to support agency operations. * Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technical requirements. * Develop and implement software solutions that support program and reporting needs. Data Systems and Integration * Support integration of data systems across platforms and applications. * Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and data architecture. * Ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and future system needs. Technical Leadership and Architecture * Contribute to development of data architecture, standards, and technical frameworks. * Identify opportunities for system improvements, reuse, and optimization. * Provide technical guidance on system design, development, and implementation. Testing, Maintenance, and Support * Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of systems and applications. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues. * Maintain documentation for system design, processes, and procedures.
