Qualifications (preferred): * Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, data management, and technology governance. * Experience developing training programs, facilitating workshops, or leading organizational change initiatives. As a behavioral health and educational organization serving children, youth, and families, Italian Home is committed to responsibly leveraging technology to support staff, improve operations, and strengthen service delivery. This role will serve as a catalyst for organizational transformation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, eliminate redundant software, improve productivity, and maximize the value of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. In addition, the AI & Business Systems Manager will play a key role in helping establish an AI learning and innovation institute that develops training programs, best practices, and implementation frameworks to assist other nonprofit and healthcare organizations in effectively adopting AI technologies.
