## About the Role

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
 * Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operational procedures.
 * Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, Quick Base and SharePoint.
 * Required knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
 * Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
 * Familiarity with utility or engineering is a must.
 * High energy level with ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environment.

## Description

* General Support
 * Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness and correctness.
 * Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
 * Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying (Supplies tracking, ordering, and stocking).
 * Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner.
 * Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
 * Maintain a variety of general administrative reports and databases including fleet, phone lists, storm rosters, occupancy and PPE assignment. meetings and manage employee calendars & availability.
