Preferred Experience * Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) or other mortgage banking software LOS lending software integrations. * Experience with Customer Relationship Management or (CRM) platforms. * Experience supporting financial services or mortgage lending environments. * Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi. * Knowledge of SharePoint administration and collaboration tools. * Experience working with document management, imaging, or workflow systems. We are expanding our technology team and are looking for a motivated Assistant Systems Administrator (IT Support & Systems) to help support our employees, maintain our technology infrastructure, and assist with ongoing system improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in IT while working in a professional financial services environment. You'll work directly with our Systems Administrator and leadership team while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and mortgage technology platforms.
