## Description

* Provide technical support for library hardware, software, devices, and internet applications used by staff and patrons.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues efficiently and professionally across assigned library locations.
 * Serve as a technology resource for staff and library users, helping them get the most out of library technology services.
 * Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of computer systems, software, hardware, and network services.
 * Provide technology training and support for both staff and the public.
 * Schedule and teach Device Advice classes that help patrons build confidence with technology.
 * Support services such as the hotspot program, active directory, VPN setup, phone systems, inventory management, and other technology initiatives.
 * Travel between library branches to provide hands-on technical support where it is needed.
 * Perform other job-related tasks as needed to support department operations.
